With over twenty years’ experience as an executive coach and communications consultant, Jeffrey Harper has worked with C-suite executives and senior management on leadership development, organizational challenges and communication design that blends business and psychological insight to create compelling organizational story-telling. Certified in Kaiser Solutions’ “Leadership Versatility Index” tool, Jeffrey Harper helps individuals and organizations’ leaders develop strengths, reduce weaknesses and drive personal and organizational performance.

Creative Consultation for Global Organizations
Jeffrey Harper has applied his psychological insight and story-telling expertise to write and direct short films for Bristol-Myers Squibb, BNY Melon, Xerox, the Coca-Cola Company, Biogen Idec, Deloitte and Southern Company. As a creative communications consultant he has devised the strategic design and execution of proposals for NGOs' global and local development initiatives, national and global health summits, product launches, national sales meetings, sales recognition events, industry awards meetings, global marketing summits, B2B and B2C trade shows and press events for audiences numbering in the thousands – in the US, Canada, Africa and Europe.

His experience includes:
  • Implementation of leadership performance initiatives using Kaiser Solutions “Leadership Versatility Index” tool
  • Design and execution of three “Cancer Survivor Summits” for the LIVESTRONG Foundation (formerly the Lance Armstrong Foundation) in which 800+ cancer survivors gathered to unite and train on organizing and advocacy strategies and tactics to advance cancer awareness, education, research funding and improved treatment.  Keynote speakers included Senator John Kerry and Senator John McCain
  • Training patient advocates in a peer-to-peer counseling program that helped new patients beginning therapeutic self-administration for primary immunodeficiency disorder for the healthcare organization CSL Behring
  • Developing, designing and executing patient-focused, internal communications campaign for Bristol-Myers Squibb launch of Opdivo, its breakthrough immuno-oncology therapy, developing and executing messaging strategies and content that included portraits of patients whom I coached, scripted and helped direct for film and live presentations  
  • Creating a speaker program for the healthcare organization CSL Bering that trained amateur and professional athletes with hemophilia for a wellness campaign that targeted young people with hemophilia and their parents to promote healthy, active and rewarding lives 

Experienced C-Level Speechwriter, Coach and Trainer of Brand Ambassadors
Jeffrey has extensive experience as a speechwriter, coach and speaker trainer for C-level executives as well as for patient spokespersons for major pharmaceutical companies.

He
 is a pro bono communications consultant for the Citizens' Committee for Children of New York and enjoys creative writing as a hobby.  

Jeffrey Harper received his bachelor's degree with honors from Harvard and his MSW from the Hunter College School of Social Work.  A native of Montreal, Canada, he speaks French and English and lives in New York City.
